I've had the situation of oversized injectors for the ECU tune and it's going to run way better if you tune the ECU. My situation was an ECU for 450cc injectors when in fact they were 550cc (about same relative situation). My Z had black soot in the exhaust pipes and started missing over 4000 rpm (assume flooding). What I would do is put an EPROM socket in your ECU and try to get the chip out without damaging it. You can then go go eBay and buy a True USB GQ-4X EPROM chip Burner Programmer for $100 and a couple of 256 or 512 eproms. Go download the tuning software from [ www.tunerpro.com, ] read your old eprom, change the injector latency, save to a new EPROM to match your injectors and insert into the socket. If you have a dual range O2 gauge you can tune to your hearts desire.
